2004 Harley Davidson FXDWG
Wide Glide STAGE 2 95 inches

I bought this Harley brand new in June of 2004 in Winona, Minnesota. It was my first and only Big Twin. I have seen some great sites riding this bike, but it’s time for me to move on. I’ve only put 2000 miles on this bike in the last two summers, I just don’t ride it enough anymore.

I have meticulously maintained and cared for this bike. I always used Amsoil synthetic oils in the gearbox and engine, HD Formula plus oil in the chaincase (don’t use synthetic oils in wet clutches), and premium gas.

The top end was rebuilt on May 26, 2010 with 31975 miles on the odometer by Rochester Harley Davidson in Minnesota. There was nothing wrong with the bike, I wanted to perform the Screamin Eagle Stage 2 top-end upgrade from 88” to 95” pistons (1450cc to 1550cc), 4” bore x 4” stroke. I did the full Stage 2 head prep with cams, new lifters, the cam plate update, high flow oil pump, Mikuni HSR carburetor, Dynatek TC 88 programmable ignition module, oversize valves (AV-V is the brand), and Manual compression releases. The heads are decked such that the compression ratio is 11:1.

This engine was built, prepped, dynoed and tuned professionally. I watched them work the heads over with their flow bench. The valves have been oversized and sprung correctly for .600 inch lift. This engine has been custom tuned and hit 95 horsepower at the rear wheel (105 at the crank). This is a high performance build and this bike flat-out flys. The throttle response from the HSR Flatslide carb is instant and noticeably better than anything throttle by wire, if you have been driving a fuel injected car you will notice the instant throttle response.

The tires are Metzeler Marathon 888. Tread in the rear is 80%. Front tire is practically new. T

Also installed currently is a Mustang extra wide one-piece seat, Windvest windshield, and Progressive shocks in the front and rear. The front shocks were rebuilt in 2014.

The bike has 3000 miles left on the current oil, brakes and tires are great, this bike is ready to ride anywhere.

This is one of the last carbureted, non-catalytic converter bikes Harley has ever made. It’s in great shape, and it will be tough to see it go.

You also get:In addition to the bike, I’m throwing in almost every original part for this bike. I have pictures of most of the parts and extras the buyer of this bike gets. Everything pictured here is included, and there’s more more without pics that will also be included. You will receive all documentation of the bike’s Stage 2 rebuild and a TON of Harley Davidson sales literature from 2004.

I estimate the total cost of these extras to be $7750

More info here: http://bit.ly/2iWzfPZ
